Her clinical course, her head circumference lagged behind her weight and length, which was some concern, so we checked to see if she had cytomegalovirus in her system, which can cause microcephaly, but it was negative. She never had seizures or encephalopathy. She had two normal head ultrasounds. She was on the vent for two days, and room air thereafter. So she had a very good course regarding her pulmonary status. She is now on caffeine and room air for apnea of prematurity.
