But like many things, we always think that we know more than sometimes we actually know. In this survey, we also did a test, and part of the actual test part, and you could see, like many of us, that there is a gap between what staff thought they knew and what they actually tested showing that they knew. For instance, in restraint management, almost 80% felt that they had good knowledge of restraint; but actually when they were tested, less than half got the answers correct.
